Measure and mark the pipe where you plan to cut, then cut along the line with care. You would need a welding machine and welding rods to weld the pipes. Wipe the edges on the pipes clean and then use the welding machine to weld them. Remember to always abide by safety guidelines when cutting and welding to keep you safe.
